Terms & Conditions
Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical examination and diagnosis. Understand that the Massage Therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. Likewise, the Massage Therapist does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals, nor does she perform any spinal adjustments. Understand that it is your responsibility to inform the Massage Therapist if at anytime during the session you feel uncomfortable and have the right to terminate the session as you feel necessary. Also understand that the Massage Therapist cannot do breast massage.
The requirement is 24 hours notice for cancellations. In the event that you do not give 24 hours notice, or you "no show" the appointment, you will be charged for the booked service using the card on file when you made your appointment.
***NOTE: If you find someone to take your massage that day, or it fills up otherwise, you will not be charged for that missed appointment. Also, I take each case into consideration, such as instances of a death or sickness. Although, if missed appointments becomes a problem, I reserve the right to deny service in the future. By booking online, and entering your credit card information, you are giving me permission to charge your card for the service booked, if you did not meet the requirements of the cancellation policy.***
While I prefer all clients be on time to begin and end their massage, you are welcome to be late. No matter what time we begin the session, you will still be responsible for payment of the entire session that was originally booked.
PACKAGES & GIFT CARDS:
When buying a prepaid package or gift card, all sales are final, non-negotiable, and cannot be refunded to you. All packages and gift cards expire 6 months from the purchase date. If you fail to use them by expiry, you will pay the difference in the discount to equal the full price of the service.
