Massage Therapy and other forms of bodywork are not substitutes for medical examination and diagnosis. Understand that the Massage Therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. Likewise, the Massage Therapist does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals, nor do they perform any spinal adjustments.

Understand that it is your responsibility to inform the Massage Therapist if at anytime during the session you feel uncomfortable. You have the right to terminate the session as you feel necessary. 

The Massage Therapist also reserves the right to terminate a session if they feel uncomfortable or threatened. This is a professional establishment. Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between client and Massage Therapiest is NEVER appropriate and will result in immediate termination of the session. Client will still be responsible for the fee of the entire service booked. 

CANCELLATIONS: 

The requirement is 24 hours notice for all cancellations. In the event that you do not give 24 hours notice, or you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged FULL PRICE for service booked. This may be paid with your saved payment method in the system, through Venmo, or over the phone with a card. You will not be allowed to book again until this fee is paid in full. 

Note: Each individual case is taken into consideration. If missed appointments become a regular occurrence, I reserve the right to deny service in the future.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Sessions are booked on a specific schedule, so if you are late, you will receive the remaining time allotted. However, you will still be responsible for full payment of the session booked.

PACKAGES & GIFT CARDS:

When buying prepaid packages or gift cards, all sales are final, non-negotiable, and cannot be refunded to you. All DISCOUNTED packages and gift cards expire 6 months from the purchase date. If you fail to use them by their expiry, they will be treated like a credit for the amount that was paid for each gift card. If you have prepaid for massages in full, they do not expire, although it’s preferred that they are used within a year of purchase.

SESSION NOTES:

The client may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, or terminate the massage session at any time. The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being worked on will be undraped at any given time.
